I went into the second issue of Ezra wishing that I didn’t have to read it – the first issue left a sour taste in my mind. HOWEVER, I’m glad I did read it! The second issue is significantly better than the first, improving on many of the negative things I stated about the original. This story begins with an epic battle, brining a reader right to the edge of their seat. As it continues we find out a little more information about Ezra (that changes the story quite a bit – in a good way). I won’t ruin the details for you; however, as the comic progresses we find out that Ezra is going to have to face a tough enemy (one that has is especially tough for her to have face again). Overall, I’d say that issue 2 of Ezra makes up for number one.
