Real Name: Unrevealed Occupation: Chemist, later physician Identity: Not publicly known to be a Vampire Legal Status: Citizen of the Germany Place of Birth: London, England Place of Final Destruction: Boston, Massachusetts Marital Status: Unrevealed Known Relatives: None Group Affiliation: None Base of Operations: Mobile First Appearance: TOMB OF DRACULA #13 Final Appearance: TOMB OF DRACULA #53 History: The vampire called Deacon Frost was once a chemist in Germany trying to discover a means to achieve immortal life. To this end he kidnapped a young woman and injected her with blood from a recently deceased vampire. The woman's fianc?e burst in, and in his struggle with Frost, Frost was accidentally injected with his own serum. The result was to transform into a vampire who could create vampiric doppelgangers of his victims. Many years later Frost attacked a woman in labor who, as a result, died while giving birth to her child who grew up to be the vampire hunter Blade. It was Frost who turned Hannibal King into a vampire. Frost planed to conquer the world with his doppelganger, but he was destroyed by Blade and King. Height: 6 ft. 2 in. Weight: 200 lbs. Eyes: Red Hair: white Strength Level: Deacon Frost possessed the ability to lift (press) 1500 lbs. Known Superhuman Powers (not usual for vampires): By biting a victim Deacon Frost created a vampiric doppelganger (double) of his victim. Moreover, by building, frost created yet another duplicate. These doppelgangers were under Frost's mental control. Such a doppelganger could absorb the original victim of whom he / she is is a duplicate with in his or her own body.
